Unlike a typical C-Suite you’d find in Corporate America, we don’t have a glass ceiling barring you entry here.

The only thing holding you back from becoming a CEO (Chief Entrepreneurial Officer) is your mindset, your skillset, or your imagination...

You're in the right place if:

• You are a successful career woman who knows deep down in her gut that there HAS TO BE SOMETHING MORE TO THIS LIFE than sitting in a cubicle every day
• You are stuck in a job you hate & are DETERMINED TO ESCAPE THE 9-TO-5, but you don’t know how to make money without the “security” of traditional employment (also #bills)
• You have the spark of a business idea, but you NEED SOME MOTIVATION & TIPS to get you started on your road to entrepreneurial freedom 
• You are a passion-fueled female LOOKING TO BUILD THE BUSINESS OF YOUR DREAMS, but you don’t have the whole “building a business” thing figured out quite yet
• You are inspired by other women who have chucked the corporate “ladder to success” and have BLAZED THEIR OWN PATH TO FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE

Group Rules (ugh, I hate rules!):

This group operates under the #ASK, #SHARE, #PARTYTIME motto.

#ASK = You are looking for recommendations or advice from the group. Remember to GIVE MORE THAN YOU RECEIVE: Please answer at least 2 other people’s questions before asking your own. (Please use this hashtag so people know you’re looking for an answer, and keep your questions brief!)

#SHARE = Share some awesome advice, tips & tricks with the other women in the group. Some examples: great business podcasts, entrepreneurial mindset hacks, time management tips, etc.

#PARTYTIME = Celebrate your (or another group member’s) latest wins! (You can also use #TOOTMYHORN or #BOSSAF or any other fun celebratory hashtag when you hit a business or personal milestone. Have fun with it!)

Some other (pretty obvious) guidelines:

• This is a community-run group, so offer feedback & insight whenever possible. The more you give, the more you'll receive. 💞
• Play nice. This is a place of encouragement, love & support. If you’re having a bad day, we can lift you up. Don’t try to bring others down. 
• Don’t sh*t on other people’s dreams. 💩 We encourage vulnerability in this group, as it may be the only safe space for some to share their deepest business passions, dreams & desires.
• Don’t spam us with videos of your kids, cats, or other mundane nonsense.
  Acception to the rule: funny memes and humorous business-themed videos can be appreciated in moderation. Think: will this make everyone laugh at how hard and crazy this entrepreneurial adventure is? If the answer is "yes," then post away!
• Don’t solicit customers for your own business unless you provide a service that someone has specifically posted an #ask for. This includes:
  • ❌ Selling Your Stuff - products, services, courses, events and programs…anything that feeds your bottom line.
  • ❌ Promoting Your Stuff - blog post (unless relevant to a question #ask), webinar, live broadcast, or event
  • ❌ Posting Affiliate Links
  • ❌ Posting “Free” Offers of your own products or services outside of the designated posting times

I’m Kelly Cochran, the big mouth over at LoudBlonde.com. 

First, let me say, “F*CK YES!” to you joining this group and dipping your big toe (or diving headfirst) into the world of entrepreneurship. It will be both the scariest and most exhilarating ride of your life. (Buckle up, buttercup!)

👩‍🎓 For all you data-loving junkies joining us, I have:

• A BA in Communications
• An MBA in Entrepreneurship
• Over 15 years of digital marketing experience in the private sector

🎉 Now, the fun stuff (and why you’re here):

I am a serial entrepreneur who has built over a dozen small business in my lifetime.

Starting with a dog walking service when I was 10, my entrepreneurial adventures have included a recycled jewelry line, a gluten-free food blog, and a wine-themed eCommerce store, just to name a few. I’ve hawked skincare and detox programs for major MLMs, and even sourced hair bun fillers from China. I am truly a Jill-of-all-trades. 🤸‍♀️

Why does this matter to you?

I believe in learning by DOING.

I’ve gone down every entrepreneurial rabbit hole that exists, which means that you don’t have to.

Instead, I’ve created a fun, supportive Facebook group and website where I will be sharing all of my small business building and digital marketing hacks with you, my fellow entrepreneur.

My hope is that this group will attract & inspire like-minded successful AF women like you, who are desperately yearning for a BIGGER, BETTER, LIVE-OUT-LOUD LIFE than what has been spoon-fed to you by Corporate America.

I just know that this group will make a HUGE IMPACT on your entrepreneurial success!
